About Our Farm

Blue House Farm is a certified organic farm located on the beautiful San Mateo Coast in Pescadero, CA. We are a diversified farm growing fresh produce, fruit, and flowers. We are committed to providing delicious, seasonal, local foods to the peninsula region.

The farm is located in two locations along a coastal valley a few miles from the coast. Both sites sit on incredibly rich agricultural soil which we tend with great care and reverence. We also manage a small orchard of mix fruit trees.

Currently we have 14 acres in active production. The land is leased from Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST).

The farm was started in 2005 by life-long friends, Ryan Casey and Ned Conwell, whose shared passion for sustainable agriculture, wild lands, and rural living have led them to now be fellow farmers.

On a typical day you will find Ryan or Ned in the field working alongside their crew of employees and apprentices.
