CSA members make a commitment to support our farm throughout the season, and share in the bounty and the risks of growing food.
By joining our CSA, members are developing a regional food supply and strong local economy, maintaining a sense of community, encouraging land stewardship, and honoring the direct link between the production and consumption of food.

As a member you will receive a weekly CSA newsletter. We will keep you up to date with what vegetables are included in your box, creative recipes on how to make use of them, general news on the farm, natural history happenings, poetry, farm-related events.

For an additional cost, CSA members can receive a weekly bouquet made from organically grown flowers from Blue House Farm.
Bouquets will be beautifully arranged and will contain a generous number of stems, enough to fill a medium sized vase.

Pie Ranch is a neighboring farm located a few miles down the coast from Blue House Farm.
Pie Ranch rotate their truly free-range, pastured chickens throughout the ranch, feeding them a steady supply of green grazing ground and organic chicken feed.
Each week we harvest a mix of vegetables and fruit fresh from the field to include in your box. We estimate a box is full of enough produce to feed 2-4 people each week, depending on a households appetite and cooking routine. A box typically contains between 8-12 different items, always varied and exciting.
Farming is inherently subject to the whims of Mother Nature. Each box is unique and may vary, but here are some examples from years past:
The cost of a 2010 CSA membership is $575 for 25 weeks, begining in mid-May and continuing through early November.
This year we will be including fruit (apples, pears, plums, etc…) with our CSA boxes for no additional cost.
The cost of a flower bouquet add-on option is $180 for 20 weeks. CSA Members who would like to receive pastured eggs should contact Pie Ranch for pricing and availability.
