Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program provides weekly boxes of organic, locally grown, seasonal fresh produce and other local products.

CSA members make a commitment to support our farm throughout the season, and share in the bounty and the risks of growing food.

By joining our CSA, members are developing a regional food supply and strong local economy, maintaining a sense of community, encouraging land stewardship, and honoring the direct link between the production and consumption of food.

What's in a box?

Each week we harvest a mix of vegetables and fruit fresh from the field to include in your box. We estimate a box is full of enough produce to feed 2-4 people each week, depending on a households appetite and cooking routine. A box typically contains between 8-12 different items, always varied and exciting.

Farming is inherently subject to the whims of Mother Nature. Each box is unique and may vary, but here are some examples from years past:

How Does it Work?

A full-season CSA membership is for 30 weeks, from mid-May through mid-December. If you're looking for something a little more flexible, you might try our 4-Week Deposit/Weekly Payment Plan. After the first 4 weeks of pre-paid deliveries, you will be charged on a weekly basis to continue deliveries up until the time that you choose to cancel your membership. This way, you can receive boxes for anywhere from 4 weeks to 30 weeks on a pay-as-you-go basis.

As a CSA member, you also have the option to "hold" your deliveries if you are going out of town or can't pick up your box on a particular week. You will receive credit for the skipped delivery that you can apply towards your membership in future seasons, or use to purchase "add-on" items like flower bouquets and pastured eggs. All members receive a weekly CSA newsletter. We keep members up to date with what's happening in our fields, and provide creative, seasonal recipes that make use of the vegetables in your box.

GROWN IN PESCADERO

Tucked in the rolling hills next to the Santa Cruz mountains, Pescadero is a community of farming and ranching just two miles east of Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean. Cool summers and mild winters make for comfortable living and great growing conditions.

WE GROW ORGANIC CROPS

We farm using organic techniques that care for and sustain healthy soil, encourage plant, insect and wildlife biodiversity and are ecologically sustainable for both the farm and its surrounding open space.

We believe that healthy soil produces a healthy plant and healthy plants are more resistant to problems, better tasting and healthier for the con- sumer. We are certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
